I have had many friends (and even family members) who tell me that they ‘can’t’ get rid of friction in their home. They feel like they are ‘chasing’ their goals and not being successful. It doesn’t matter if you are building your home or just renovating, friction can cause you to miss your mark.

The friction of an object is a measure of how much resistance the object must overcome to move. The higher the friction, the slower the object moves. In this case, the object must be moved 100 feet to reach its destination.
