Because the amount of advertising a business puts out is usually dependent on how much money they make. If they make a lot of money, they put out tons of ads. They can make a nice profit when they buy ads so they will probably buy a lot of ads. But they still can’t make the same money they made if they dont take in as much money from their customers when they buy ads.

In any case, we’ve got more than enough reasons to hate Microsoft and their policies. In the US, it’s the fact that they keep changing the rules. As long as the rules are the same everyone else is fine with it. But when they change the rules, it really screws up their profits because the rules keep changing and the way they do that is really weird. For example, they changed the rules so that they could sell a lot of ads on Windows.
The idea is that Microsoft keeps changing the rules on how to sell ads in the Windows Marketplace, and they keep changing the rules on how to sell ads on Windows. They even changed the rules so that the cost of ads is not based on the number of times someone clicks on an ad, but instead on the quality of that click. They are allowing advertisers to spend more money on ads if the quality of the click is better.
