For the past year and a half, I have been going through a judicial foreclosure. I have been paying for the down payment, putting the home on the market, and waiting for the trustee to take possession of the house.

In other games these days, when you have a lot of people who are not legally able to call the authorities, you can’t ever see them. The police simply don’t have enough time to call the authorities. You end up being charged. The sheriff does that by asking the person if they have a property right now, and that’s it.
The game doesn’t actually change the laws of the land. Rather, it changes the way you perceive the laws. Instead of being stuck in a legal gray area, you’re able to see through them, and this is what many people complain about.
We know that many people who are not able to get a loan are frustrated when they cannot get one. When people are denied a loan, they often assume that it’s because they are broke, and if they’re trying to get a loan to buy a home, they are usually looking at a mortgage or rent.
