Don’t get me wrong, I know that some people are just simply against change. But if you truly believe and have the right mindset, you can make changes that are both healthy and practical. If you want to be healthy, you can get some proper exercise and eat a variety of healthy food. If you want to be healthy, you can learn a new skill and grow spiritually.
The problem is that many people are so closed-minded that they can’t see the big picture. When you have a life-long habit like smoking, that is so ingrained in you that it almost becomes a second-nature thing. There are exceptions of course, but I think most of the people who are against smoking are also against other habits like diet pills, too.

Fats and sugars are just as harmful as nicotine. The problem with sugar today is that we dont know the negative effects of this stuff. The fact is that our bodies have a tendency to build up a tolerance to it. That is why you see people over eating on a daily basis.

We are in a culture that wants people to live extreme fck with their diet and lifestyle. We are fed that stuff so we are more likely to do it ourselves. And while you might be an extreme fck with your diet and lifestyle, we are the ones who are going to be paying the price.
