This book is part of my series on the Three Levels of Self-Awareness. You can find the entire series at my other website www.the3levelsofselfaweiss.com and my blog at michaelj.com.
I am also a frequent contributor to the “Ask the Experts” section at the front of the New York Times.
I’m not sure about you but if I was a writer, I’d be more interested in seeing what an author’s best line is than in just how many books they’ve written.
Well, good luck to you. I wish I was more of a writer (or even a blogger) than I am but I can’t change the fact that I simply don’t have the time.
I love the idea of being able to write whenever I want I can easily write while driving, while eating a meal, and while sitting at the airport (see #3). It’s amazing how much time I spend looking up information and just reading about it all day. I have a habit of getting really bored and just want to go somewhere and do something.
I don’t know about you guys but I dont have a lot of time to look up stuff. I have a habit of just going for a walk and going out of my way to go somewhere. I think I might be one of those people who reads a lot of books and then sits there reading them for hours. I just don’t have anything to do for a few days. I guess I’m just not that interested in doing something.
When I was younger, I used to spend a lot of time reading. I would spend hours on my laptop or even my Kindle. I would read fiction and non-fiction books about just about anything. Sometimes I would just read a book for hours. I would go into the library and spend hours there. Now I just read for hours. I keep meaning to but I just don’t have the time.
When you first start reading, you want to fill your brain with all sorts of things that you can’t stop thinking about. You want to get lost in a book, so you have to keep going even when you feel like you’re getting nowhere. You want to find things out so you have to keep reading. You want to know what’s going to happen next so you have to keep reading.
