I have had many returns at amazon.com since my purchase. Some are for my products, some are for the customer service, and some are for the item I purchased. Some returns are legit, others are bogus. I also get returned items from other stores because they are not in my return policy. When I receive the item, I am required to put the description on the box, the product, and the reason that the item is a return.
Returning an item from Amazon is a big no-no, but it’s a relatively painless process. When you are ready to return an item, you can do so right in the store. Just look for the return symbol in the upper right corner of your screen. You can also leave a note or e-mail your return to amazon@amazon.com. They are responsible for any refunds.

Amazon has been a little lax in their return policy lately. They did not send me a refund at the time I originally ordered the game, so I have to assume they are in the process of sending me a refund. I can only hope that this is the case. After all, I paid for the game, I know Amazon has no obligation to send me a refund.
