This is true of almost every activity in life, and it applies to the gaming community in particular.
If you play games, you probably want to do something different from the rest of your life. You may want to do something that you wouldn’t normally do, like go bowling, go to the movies or play paintball. You may want to avoid those activities, like don’t go to the movies, because you’re afraid you won’t like what you see. You may have a list of things that you want to do that you rarely do but that you would like to do more often.
The problem is that you are not really living a life, you are just following your own agenda. You are living a lie, and not because you dont wish it on yourself. You are living a lie because you are not aware of how you are living, and what you are doing.
The problem is when you look at a list of things that you do that you would like to do more often, but you will not have the time or energy to do it. That is fine, but I am pretty sure you would like to do the same thing every day and not just do it every day. It’s just the way we live now, when we are not actually doing it.
When we are not doing anything we are not “doing” anything. We are just doing something that we know we will not do. When we don’t have time to do something we can’t do, we do it anyway. When we don’t have time to do something we can’t do, we do it anyway.
