I like zero lot line homes. They are rare. They are very rare. But they are also very expensive. I mean, how many house are built on the land of the person who owns the land that the house is built on, anyway? It’s not like you can build a house like that on the lot of someone who has a house and lot.

As you can probably imagine, in order to get a house built on a lot that is only a few feet wide, you have to build it on the land of someone who owns the property (which in most places is the owner of the land). But, to get a house built on a zero lot line, you can build it on the land of someone who has no real property.
This is a bit odd, because the property owner owns the house and it’s the home of the developer. It’s not the home of the owner, it’s the home of the builder.
So if you have the choice between building a house in someone else’s place and building a house on someone else’s land, I’d rather build a house on someone else’s land. After all, it’s the developer’s house, not the home of the developer.
